ACNEM training is regarded as unique in the world. The training programs are designed by the expert ACNEM Faculty for practitioners wanting to learn more effective ways of treating their patients.
Learning Modules are strongly referenced and presented by some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading clinicians. The emphasis is always on ‘putting it into practice’, with guidelines and practical tools to aid implementation.
Each learning module, considered to be either a core or elective module, represents approximately 15 hours of training. The ACNEM Primary Modules in NEM make up two core modules and represent approximately 30 hours of training.
Learning modules are primarily available as online courses but face-to-face training events are also held throughout the year at locations around Australia and New Zealand. Refer to the Training Calendar for more details.
ACNEM is an accredited RACGP QI&CPD training provider for the 2011-2013 Triennium with 40 Category 1 points allocated to most training programs. ACRRM, RNZCGP and CPD/CME points for from other professional organisations may also be available.
ACNEM training optionally leads to nested Certificate, Diploma and Fellowship qualifications in NEM providing industry-based recognition of training and specialty.
